"Due to having a 2 bed mid terrace house, our children were sharing a bedroom and we felt generally overcrowded. For years we weighed up the pros and cons as to whether to move or extend into the loft space. We were unsure if a loft conversion would look out of place and make the 1st floor smaller due to landing and staircase being added.

We made contact with Dean and he happily visited our property. We explained what we were hoping to achieve and Dean then talked us through how we could make the most of our space and and transform our home.

We decided to go with Dean's proposed plans and he has helped us every step of the way. He has made multiple visits during the build and has been at the end of the phone if we had any queries or questions.
